The Matriarch
Rides a mobility scooter with a pistol in each hand. Chase her from behind and she leaves propane mines and poison gas.

The city has fallen. The base is still standing.
Online co-op for 1 to 4 players. Hold the base through each wave, then head into the city for weapons before the next one hits.
Trailer
Cut from one recorded session of the game. No cutscenes, no staged shots.
Gameplay
Pick an operator and drop into the city. Zombies come in waves, and they want the base. Between waves you get a short break to loot, upgrade the base and get back in position. A boss shows up every fourth wave.
Online co-op over Steam. A downed player can be picked back up, so nobody sits out the rest of the run. Solo runs can be saved between waves.
Zombies go for the base as well as for you. If it falls, the run is over. Download base upgrades from the laptop between waves.
Around 40 weapons, melee included. Guns you find on the ground come loaded, and pistols pair up so you can carry one in each hand.
Each one has three abilities. Beat a mid-boss and one of them evolves for the rest of the run. Every ability has two paths.
Sixteen waves and four bosses. The longer a boss stays alive, the harder it hits the base.
Beat the last boss and you can keep holding the base. The waves keep getting stronger, and your score goes on the Steam leaderboard.
Five difficulties, from Normal up to Apocalypse. Curses like No Meds or Glass Base make a run harder and raise the rewards.
Hits and kills level up that weapon's class for good. At level 3 you can start your runs with a weapon from that class.
Bosses
Four bosses, each with their own way of going after you and the base.
Rides a mobility scooter with a pistol in each hand. Chase her from behind and she leaves propane mines and poison gas.
Fires homing shots from her wand and curses one player at a time. A medkit clears the curse.
His traffic light goes from red to yellow to green as he loses health, and he gets tougher at each step. His stop sign comes back like a boomerang.
A minigun in one hand and a car door for a shield in the other. Once the door is gone, he starts throwing grenades.
Operators
Stats and abilities change with the operator you bring.

A veteran sergeant who kept fighting alone after the army fell apart. A master of heavy weapons who never learned to retreat.

He hasn't taken off his protective suit since day one of the outbreak. He can last for hours in toxic zones.

Known for her speed and fury. She hits harder the longer she fights, but a single mistake can drop her.

An explorer who roams the ruined cities alone. Good at a bit of everything and weak at nothing.

He was surviving on the streets long before the apocalypse. He does not die easily.
Creatures
Nine types besides the bosses. Later waves bring champions with extra traits like fire, frost or armor.

Riot gear soaks up most damage from the front. Get to its side or back.

Walks straight for the base core and only turns on players when it has nothing else to hit.

Fires acid from up to 15 m away and backs off when you get close.

Slow and swollen. When it dies it leaves a cloud of toxic gas behind.

Her scream makes nearby zombies 40% faster. Shoot her when the yellow ring shows up to cut it short.

A red circle on the ground marks where it will land. Get out of the circle.

280 HP, and every hit knocks you back.

Drags itself along the ground. Its bite holds you in place for 2 seconds.

Fast. It runs at you and lunges from 3 m away.
